Centurions

NSU 2027 Centurions Nominations. Nominations open Oct. 1, 2026. Deadline for 2027 nominations is Thursday Nov. 15, 2026.

Established during the 2009 Centennial Founders Day Celebration, the Centurion honor is awarded annually to individuals who - through active engagement with or work on behalf of the University - have impacted the life of the nominator, the NSU community or the public at large. Those eligible for consideration include graduates, community members, alumni and current or former employees and students of Northeastern State University.

In celebration of NSU's Founders Day the university will add up to 10 names to its list of NSU Centurions each Spring. The 2027 Centurion Luncheon will take place on Friday, March 5, 2027.
