Bio

Dr. Moquin earned his PhD from Baylor University in Information Systems. He is a behavioral scientist focusing on behavior and IT. He has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in Information systems and security. He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and Association for Information systems (AIS). He has published for various journals such as the Journal of Computer Information Systems and conferences. He graduated with a BS in computer science at the University of Central Texas and an MS in Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Dr. Moquin has worked in manufacturing and software organizations. His practical experience covers programming, application development, systems analysis and design, special projects, networking, project management, budgeting and team building.
