Bio

Dr. Julia S. Kwok is a Professor of Finance at Northeastern State University (NSU). She chairs the Department of Accounting and Finance. Dr. Kwok received the Women of Distinction Award from Journal of Tulsa Business and Legal News, FBD Outstanding Educator Award from Southwestern Finance Association, Distinguished Paper Award from Southwestern Case Research Association and Model the Way Award from NSU. Julia received her doctoral degree from Virginia Polytechnic and State University (Virginia Tech). Dr. Kwok publishes in The Journal of Business and Finance Research, Journal of Business Case Studies, Journal of Higher Education Theory and Practice, International Research Journal of Applied Finance, and International Journal of Management Research and Review. She is a member of Financial Management Association, Southwest Finance Association, Southwestern Case Research Association, Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Golden Key Honor Society, Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium.
