Bio

Shelia is a full time faculty member for the College of Education in the department of Health and Kinesiology. She currently teaches Foundations in Physical Education, Elementary School Programs in Physical Education, Motor Skill Development of the Young Child, Techniques of Teaching Individual Sports, Organization and Administration of Physical Education and Recreation, and Personal Health. In addition to teaching, Shelia serves as an Intern Coordinator for students in their finale internship and and course coordinator for personal health. Shelia grew up in Northeastern Oklahoma and has a deep love and appreciation for the community, the campus, and the people who live here. She enjoys being on the lake, river, and hiking in her spare time.
