Admissions Appeals Committee



Twelve members, comprised of nine faculty and three staff, with staggered terms of three years plus chair. Chaired by the Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs/Enrollment. The Executive Director of the University Advising Center will be a non-voting, ex officio member.


This committee reviews and makes recommendations regarding written appeals for re-admission when a decision for re-admission has been denied. All recommendations are forwarded to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs and Vice President for Student Affairs.


The Academic Council meets monthly with additional meetings called as needed. Minutes are maintained by the Office of Academic Affairs.
