Where can I get/change/resolve my NSU username and password?

Visit NSU's Password Manager or contact the NSU Service Desk at help@nsuok.edu or 918-444-5678. We strongly advise that you do not include your social security number in emails because it is a security risk.

If you are on-campus, you can reset your password at any NSU computer by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE then select Change a password...

 

Who do I contact for problems with goNSU, Blackboard, NSU E-mail, Password Manager, Spam Filter or the Virtual Private Network?

Why is there not a student directory?

The university does not post a student directory because of privacy issues. You can call the Student Affairs office at 918-444-2120 if you are trying to contact a student.

 

I think I'm viewing an old webpage. Is there a way to ensure I am viewing the most up-to-date page?

Your browser may have cached the page the last time you viewed it. Try clicking the reload/refresh button or do a hard reload/refresh by holding down Shift+Ctrl+R. You may also want to set your browser's preferences to check for new pages on the server each time you visit the page.

How do I get an event listed on the online University Calendar?

Submit your NSU event to be listed from the University Calendar.

 

I found a broken link, who do I report it to?

Contact the website owner or locate the contact information on that website to let them know.

How do I get access to manage my office or department website?

All website contributors are approved through their Vice President.  Once approved, they are required to complete all levels of training before securing access to the management system portal.
