TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- Time For Three, a trio of talented musicians who defy classification, opens the 2012-13 Galaxy of Stars Series, presented by the Sequoyah Institute at Northeastern State University.
The concert is Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the NSU Center for the Performing Arts, 605 N. Grand Avenue. A matinee Learning LIVE performance is at 1 p.m. in the NSU CPA.
Time For Three, often called TF3, is a trio of two violins and a double bass performing music which blends elements of classical, country-western, gypsy and jazz. The group of Zachary De Pue and Nicolas Kendall on violin and Ranaan Myer on bass was formed at the Curtis Institute for Music in Philadelphia.
