Dr. Tushar R. Shah joined the Department of Business Administration in August 2020
as an Assistant Professor. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University
of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Shah uses his rich corporate experience of almost 2 decades
as an HR Professional to bring alive the theoretical concepts that he teaches in his
classes.
