Spring 2021 Commencement
Dear Students, Faculty and Staff:
NSU is planning the Spring 2021 Commencement exercises to be held at the NSU Event Center on Friday, May 7 and Saturday, May 8 for our Tahlequah and Muskogee graduates and at the Mabee Center on Monday, May 10 for our Broken Arrow graduates.
We want to honor the achievements of our students while adhering to guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control to protect our students, faculty, and staff and continue efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19. While we hope the number of new cases continues to decline, the potential increase in the number of positive cases following Spring Break must be considered. For this reason, the decision of whether to allow guests and, if so, how many per student, will be made on April 9. Be watching for another email with updated guest information.
NSU will live stream the commencement ceremonies so family and friends who are unable to attend can still be involved. More information concerning live streaming, video recordings, and ceremony logistics will be posted on the Commencement website when available.
