Participate
We welcome and encourage all Northeastern State University Riverhawks to participate in The BIG Event! There are three ways students, faculty, and staff may register:
- As an individual,
- With a group of friends, or
- With an organization or department.
Requirements
- Be a student or employee of NSU.
- Complete and turn in a Volunteer Participation Form (PDF) and an Assumption of Risk Form (PDF).
- Attend one of the informational meetings - Wednesday, March 12, 5:30 p.m. or Tuesday, March 25, 4 p.m. (at least one member from each group/organization and all participants registering individually).
- Maintain a positive attitude and express a willingness to say, “THANK YOU, Tahlequah!”
Participation Form Instructions
If signing up as an individual participant:
- Fill out main contact information and sign first line.
- Include desired shirt size.
- Specify which informational meeting you will attend (see above).
If signing up as a group/organization:
- Decide on one person to serve as the main contact for the group. This person should fill out the required information at the top and specify which informational meeting he/she will attend (see above).
- Every group member, thereafter, should fill out his/her name, signature, cell phone number, and shirt size on the form.
- Complete and turn in an Organization Leader form.
Mail or fax your completed form (PDF) to The Office of Student Affairs no later than 5 p.m. on February 29, 2008.
