All services, records, and information obtained by the clinic are kept in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules and regulations. The HIPAA has strict guidelines regarding disclosure of health information. No health information is released to any outside entity, including parents, without following proper protocols and procedures set forth by the HIPAA.
