Use of University Facilities

All university-related activities and events are regulated through Northeastern State University, which has the right to pre-approve the time and location of events.

Once an event has been registered and approved, a location can be officially reserved. The following departments are responsible for the corresponding facilities:

University Center Request Forms

Any recognized student organization conducting activities that are not properly registered with the Office of Student Affairs is considered to be in violation of the university activity-event policy. Organizations that are found in violation of this rule will be subject to action from the university, which may include relinquishing recognition status on campus.

Catering for most events can be arranged through Sodexho/Marriott located on the main floor of the University Center.

Non-university personnel or organizations

To maintain and promote an educational rather than commercial atmosphere, to promote safety and security, to prevent commercial exploitation of students and to preserve campus tranquility, non-university personnel and organizations must make their requests in the same manner as university students, personnel or organizations. Northeastern State reserves the right to designate places for non-university persons to conduct activities so that it does not interfere with normal campus business.
