To be actively involved in the education of the whole person, providing all students the opportunity for academic, personal, and social development. Serving as full partners with the entire university community, Student Affairs professionals assist in providing a learning community which promotes student success, leadership development, appreciation for self and others, and an ethic of service.
The Office of Student Affairs utilizes multiple Student Development Theories as a conceptual framework for implementing events and programs that aim to “Prepare Students for the Ethical and Leadership Challenges of Working in a Global Society”.
We seek to model and establish a base of campus and local community individuals who share our commitment to preparing students to become leaders who are able to effectively help in making significant difference in society.
All our events and programs reflect characteristics which enhance the personal and professional growth of students and encourage them to see learning as a lifelong journey.
The Office of Student Affairs sponsors and coordinates events, programs, and services that help prepare students which help them accomplish personal and professional career goals.
