Access to NSU EXCELS automated telephone enrollment service is based on the number of hours you have completed when you enroll. The NSU EXCELS schedule and more derailed instructions for using the service are in the center section of this Class Schedule. You may OPT in for the Talon charge account during your enrollment.
During each of the scheduled NSU EXCELS enrollment periods, the service begins at 9:00 a.m. on the first day and is available each day through midnight the last day. Unscheduled maintenance may also temporarily interrupt service.
You may use the NSU EXCELS registration service on or AFTER your scheduled time but not before. New or returning students must contact Enrollment Services for enrollment permission.

Students must meet with or talk to their advisor prior to enrolling each semester.
Transfer Students - Transfer students will enroll at a transfer session. Students will be notified of dates through their letter of acceptance. Contact Enrollment Services with further questions at 918-456-5511 ext. 2139.
Enrollment During First Week of Classes - Students who are unable to enroll before classes begin may enroll during late enrollment. There is a $10 charge for late enrollment.

Refunds are calculated based on the day the official withdrawl is filed in the registar's (Business Affairs) Office (in person, by fax or by post mark date), not when the student stopped attending classes.
16 week class - First day of class through the tenth business day
8 week class - First day of class through the fifth business day
4 week class - First day of class through the third business day
2 week class - First day of class through the second business day
Weekend Course - First day of class
Refund Checks will be released on February 21, 2008
