SUMMER INTERSESSION CALENDAR May 11......Residence Halls Open for Intersession

  May 14.....Last Date to Withdraw from Intersession Classes and Receive a Refund
  May 26.....Memorial Day Holiday
  May 30.....Last Date to Drop Intersession Classes with a “W”
  May 31.....Last Date to Drop a Single class or Withdraw from All Intersession Classes 
NOTE: A grade of “W” can be assigned in classes dropped between May 25 and May 31 only if
  the student has a passing grade at the time the class is dropped.
  June 6.....Intersession Classes End
  
  
  Classes taken during the May intersession will appear on the transcript under the Summer 2008
   semester.  A student may enroll in a maximum of six (6) hours during the intersession 
   and total regular enrollment   for Summer 2008 and the intersession must not
    exceed eighteen (18) hours.  Students  on full time financial aid must enroll
   in at least six (6) hours for Summer 2007. Courses   taken during the intersession will
   count toward partially meeting the credit hour requirements for financial aid but the      
   money will not be credited to accounts until after regular summer school  begins in June.
  If a student enrolls in the intersession and the regular summer session to
  become eligible for financial aid and then only completes courses in the intersession, 
  they will not receive financial aid and will be individually responsible for paying the bill.
  
  Enrollment Period for Intersession The enrollment period 
  will be March 24 through May 13 by EXCELS. No REFUNDS will be allowed after May 14
   (the third day of class for classes meeting the entire four weeks). For classes 
   meeting less than the four weeks, no enrollment or refunds will be allowed 
      after the first class meeting.
  
  NOTE:  May 26, 2008 is Memorial Day Holiday and classes will not be held.
