College/Department Specific Policies

Policy 1

Each College will have a home page hosted on the official homepage server (www.nsuok.edu and/or www.nsuba.edu). Homepages for academic departments may be hosted on either the official homepage server or the academic server (arapaho.nsuok.edu).

Policy 2

If a College site is to be hosted on www.nsuok.edu or www.nsuba.edu, it must be approved by the Dean of the College before it is submitted to the Web Site Coordinator on disk.

Policy 3

Each College/Department is responsible for keeping information up-to-date. If a site is hosted on www.nsuok.edu or www.nsuba.edu, updated information should be sent digitally or on a disk to the Web Site Coordinator’s Office. Backup copies of submitted information should be kept by the College/Department.
