The Northeastern State University Muskogee Campus Conference Center has been the site of more than 1,000 conferences, meetings and retreats, serving more than 20,000 participants since its opening. The staff is committed to professionalism in the delivery of service, and the highest in quality. The center meets a vital community need - a meeting and gathering place in a beautiful and stimulating environment allowing participants to relax and learn without interruptions.

The rapid rate at which the business and professional world now changes has increased the need for planning and education meetings. When it's time for your organization or company to meet outside the work place, consider the advantages of the NSUM Campus Conference Center. Assistance is available to organize your meeting and help you design your total program, scheduling, room setups, audiovisual aids, refreshments and catering services.

The Conference Center seats 155 with an attractive stage, including controlled lighting and a retractable projection screen. Multimedia presentations are accommodated in a setting that is pleasant and free from distractions. You will find it is the ideal setting containing all the elements needed for a conference, retreat or in-service training. Complementing the facility are the adjacent commons and sunroom areas, which offer an ambient atmosphere with room to seat 150 for catered affairs. Social, corporate organizations, and churches have taken advantage of the Conference Center facilities and enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing meal as a spectacular ending to their event. Weddings, receptions, and anniversary parties are also successful and elegant addition to the conference center activities.

Additional audiovisual equipment and services offered for use includes: televisions with VCRs, DVD player, access to a 20-station computer lab equipped with the latest PC software, support for multi-media presentations, and the newest feature - a Distance Learning Center.

The Mike Synar Center has two 63-seat seminar rooms and one 150-seat seminar room, as well as a 30-station computer lab. There are two conference rooms in each of the NSUM buildings that will accommodate from 10 to 15 people. The Synar foyer is a perfect setting for dinners or receptions, comfortably seating 60.
