Apply for MAT at NSU

This test must be taken before the close of the first semester of graduate studies. Failure to take the test timely can result in enrollment being blocked.

Applications must pre-register. Applications must be submitted 2 weeks prior to test day. Each test date is limited to the first 31 applicants to apply and pay the testing fee.

For Testing at the Tahlequah Location:

To register by mail, you should complete the application form and send it along with your $75 check made payable to NSU Business Affairs. Be sure to put your social security number on the check. Mail these items to Attn: Debbie Amlin, NSU-First Year Experience, 711 N Grand, Tahlequah OK 74464.

For Testing at the Broken Arrow Location:

To register by mail, you should complete the application form and send it along with your $75 check made payable to NSU Business Affairs. Be sure to put your social security number on the check. Mail these items to Attn: Donna Trout, NSU-Graduate College, 3100 East New Orleans, Broken Arrow, OK 74014.

Once your application and fee has arrived at NSU – You will be notified by mail of the reserved testing date. Applicants need to arrive before 3:00 pm to check in.

Applicants who arrive late will not be allowed to enter or test that day.

Be sure to take two #2 lead pencils and 2 forms of ID (one must be a picture ID) with you on test day.
