Course Numbering System

Graduate level courses are numbered in the 5000’s. Students may enroll in approved 4000 level courses in some programs, provided a grade of “B” or better is earned. The inclusion of hours and grade information on pre-approved applicable 4000-level classes toward a master’s degree is made only upon graduation. (For specific requirements and restrictions relating to the use of 4000 level courses, see the individual degree programs.)
