Specific Requirements for Preparation for Professional Schools

Pre-Physician Associate

The Pre-Physician Associate Program is designed to meet the requirements of the Masters of Physician Associate at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center . The applicant must have completed a minimum of 90 hours with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale. Students must take the general test of the Graduate Record Exam prior to the October 1 application deadline.

ZOOL 1123, 1132 General Zoology (Lecture & Lab) 5 hours
BIOL 2224 Microbiology 4 hours
ZOOL 2154 Human Anatomy 4 hours
ZOOL 3314 Human Physiology 4 hours
BIOL 4164 Medical Microbiology 4 hours

Total 55 hours

35 hours of electives to complete a minimum of 90 hours.
