File Application for Admission, order supporting documents Admissions & Records At least two weeks prior to term
Receive Letter of Acceptance Admissions & Records Prior to first enrollment
Initial Advisement First-Year Experience As noted on Letter of Acceptance
Course Enrollment First-Year Experience See University Calendar
Declaration of Major First-Year Experience Upon mutual agreement of FYE and student
Obtain Degree Plan Major college or department Check with major college or department
Obtain Graduation Audit Assigned Advisor Upon completion of 85 semester hours
Submit Application for Diploma (fee required; forms at Admissions & Records Admissions & Records Business Office Deadlines are: Oct. 1 for Spring, May 1 for Fall, March 1 for summer
Notice concerning arrangements for convocation Admissions & Records Approximately two weeks before date of convocation
