Classes taken during the May intersession will appear on the transcript under the Summer 2013 semester. A student may enroll in a maximum of six hours during the intersession. Total regular enrollment for Summer 2013 and the intersession is limited to 9 hours for undergraduate students. Undergraduate students with an overall gpa of 3.0 or higher may request an overload through their advisor. The maximum enrollment including an overload may not exceed 16 hours for undergraduates. Students on full time financial aid must enroll in at least six hours for Summer 2013. Courses taken during the intersession will count toward partially meeting the credit hour requirements for financial aid but the money will not be credited to accounts until after regular summer school begins in June. If a student enrolls in the intersession and the regular summer session to become eligible for financial aid and then only completes courses in the intersession, they will not receive financial aid and will be individually responsible for paying the bill.
