Winter Intersession Calendar

Oct 22-Dec 18: Enrollment and Add/Drop
December 17: Intersession Classes Begin 
December 18: Last Date to Add Intersession Classes
December 18: Last Date to Withdraw from Intersession Classes and Receive a Refund
January 3: Last Date to Drop Intersession Classes with a “W”
January 7: Last Day to Drop a Single Class or Withdraw from All Intersession Classes
NOTE: A grade of “W” can be assigned in classes dropped between January 2 and January 5 only if the student has a passing grade at the time the class is dropped.
January 8: Intersession Classes End

Winter Intersession classes will be held December 17-21, 2012, December 27 - 28, 2012, January 2 - 4, 2013 and January 7-8, 2013. Winter Intersession hours will count on the Spring 2013 total hours. Students may enroll in these courses through goNSU by choosing Spring 2013 semester. Christmas Break for these classes will be December 22 - 26, 2012. New Year’s Break will be December 30, 2012 - January 1, 2013.

Sixteen Week Spring Class Calendar

Oct 22-Jan 15: Enrollment and Add/Drop
January 8: All Fees are Due
January 9: Sixteen Week Classes Begin
January 9-15: Late Enrollment, $10 fee
January 15: Last Date to Enroll and Add Sixteen Week Classes
January 21: Martin Luther King Holiday - No classes
January 23: Last Date to Withdraw from any 16 Week Class and Receive a Refund
March 1: Applications for Summer Graduation (Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree) Due
February 21: Community and Collaboration Day, no classes
March 18-22: Spring Break
April 12: Last Day to Drop Sixteen Week Classes with a “W” (short term classes are pro-rated at 3/4 time from start of class)
May 3: Last Day to Drop a Single Class or Withdraw from all NSU Classes
(NOTE: A grade of “W” can be assigned in classes dropped between April 13 and May 2 only if the student has a passing grade at the time the class is dropped.)
May 6-10: Finals Week
May 10: Semester Ends
May 10 & 11: Commencement at NSU-Tahlequah
May 13: Commencement at NSU-Broken Arrow
May 14: Faculty Grade Verifications Due (1:00 pm)
May 21: Earliest Date that Official Transcripts Will Be Available

Grades may be available on goNSU as early as May 14. Please remember that information such as hours earned, grade point average, and academic standing may not include Spring 2013 courses until May 21.
