(Tahlequah, OK)--The eighth annual Northeastern State University Juried Student Art Exhibition is April 23-May 8 at the NSU Gallery located on Main Street in Tahlequah.
The exhibit features the work of NSU art students in different mediums. Pieces selected for display may range from the traditional – drawing, painting, sculpture – to the digital.
On April 27 an awards reception is at 6 p.m. at the gallery and the awards ceremony is at 7 p.m. in the Jazz Lab.
The juror is Charles Peer, a professor at John Brown University and a signature member of the Pastel Society of America. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Hendrix College and a master of fine arts from the University of Arkansas.
